Change Radar is a tool that provides a framework for the assessment and analysis of the cultural development of teams and organizations.

How could the status quo of culture within a team or organisation be determined in its different facets?

How could the progress and success of cultural initiatives be measured?

How could cultural differences be mapped in teams?

How could it be ensured that teams/organisations share a common understanding?
