The working week of many employees is filled with several meetings. Many of those meetings do not necessarily convince with productive and high quality results. They are often perceived as time wasters rather than a necessity. In addition, unnecessary meetings can be very costly, depending on time frame and number of people. How could one sensitize one's environment to this fact? And how could a productive meeting be planned as easily as possible?
