We are located in the new Axel Springer building in the center of Berlin. We have an open, flexible office and many meeting rooms if you need the opportunity to work by yourself or host a workshop or meeting.

Mobile Office & flexible work times
Every employee has the right to work 100% from a mobile office. You can also do 10 days of workcation within the year. We trust our employees and understand everyone has a different bio curve. This is why we have flexible working hours. You can start your day between 8 & 10 AM.
Lunch bonus
Our kitchen smells of fresh coffee, which we love to make with our professional portafilter machine. The fridge with soft drinks and beer is always full and available to employees and friends, as well as our snack box. Our two cafeterias & cafe serve daily fresh food, with many vegan & vegetarian options which you can purchase, including an employee discount, which makes it not only very tasty but very affordable.
Annual education budget
We want everyone to grow and continue learning new things. You have a yearly budget for yourself with which you can book courses or conferences. You are also invited to use 3 hours of your work week to work on private projects or research freely.
