We are a full-stack team, working with all sorts of technologies like AWS, Azure, Kotlin, Spring, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Kafka, MySQL, NodeJS and more.
In Hackathon and learning sessions, we also like to explore other technologies like Godot, Unity, Vue.js, WebAssembly and Web 3.
We like to work fully self-organized and being involved in projects from the very beginning.
Our goal is to find the best solution for a problem together with the customer and their users.

Timon Bomke
Timon is one of our Full Stack Developers. Together with his Team “Die Rochen” he works on exciting projects for the Axel Springer. They like to challenge themselves & try out new software as much as possible. During hackathons he also likes to works on topics like game development or virtual reality.

Tom has accompanied Ideas Engineering for many years now. First as a trainee, now as a working student he has become an important part of his team & the company. We never ever want to do without him and his skills as a developer anymore.

Pawel is Product Owner of the Rochen team. With background in brand management & SEO, he enjoys connecting the dots between business and tech, developing product ideas and experimenting with new solutions.
In his free time he likes reading all sorts of books, eating street food, exploring new places, and spending time with his family and friends.
