Anja Mangler-Kadoke
As the Feel Good Manager, Anja is the creator of our positive company culture and our so-called “good soul”. She's the central interface between management, human resources and her colleagues. Empathy, trust, communication, flexibility and organization are her main tools for her various daily tasks.
What does she do? You better ask her yourself. It’s a job she really enjoys and makes us happy.
Anne Küpper
Anne is Section Lead at Ideas Engineering since summer 2022, was Product Owner with Ideas since 2019 & formerly worked at Axel Springer units upday & Corporate Digital Platforms. She’s our expert when it comes to ideation projects & early stage product development for audio products. She’s passionate about transforming Ideas Engineering into a sustainable company & provides us with free health advice. In her spare time, she’s an active member of the kölsche community in Berlin, practices yoga & loves to try out new restaurants.
