We prefer to work with TypeScript, React & AWS. We enjoy working together and appreciate an open, honest and respectful work environment.

Hiwot Abdi
With a background in air traffic control, I've transitioned into web development as a Full-Stack Web Developer intern at Axel Springer's Idea Engineering team. I'm proud to be part of the courageous 'Tailors' crew, known for my passion for Ethiopian music and dance, as well as my ability to share captivating stories from my air traffic control days. Beyond work, I cherish quality time with my beautiful kids and indulge in the delicious delights of Ethiopian cuisine.
Amelié Leibrock
Amélie supports team Taylor regarding linguistics and everything that comes with it. She is interested in trying her hand at AI, programming, and product management at Ideas Engineering. When Amélie is not working, she's busy studying, trying to cook delicious meals, or playing her beloved French horn.
Felipe Belinassi
Felipe is a Software Engineer with Team Tailors. He is passionate about solving problems together with his team & making sure that everyone is having a nice time at work. Most of the times you’ll find him in the office wearing band t-shirts, talking to someone, or head-banging to metal music while focused on a task.
When not working he enjoys spending time with friends & family, his dog & cat, or just chilling at home with some lit candles & music playing out loud.

As a Software Engineer at @ideas I like exploring & working with new interesting technologies/tools, even outside of work! Other things I enjoy during my free time is game development, working out, eating delicious burgers & spending time with friends & family!
One fun fact: everyday at 4PM I'm turning into the CBO* @Tailors, because.. "Kein Bier vor vier"

Johanna Sophia Pausch
Johanna found in Team Tailor a place that combines her field of study with a creative & demanding work environment.
Her expertise covers any [lɪŋˈgwɪstɪk] topic, like voice analysis in relation to pitch, prosody or emotion. But also NLP, SSML & Human-Machine-Interaction.
Besides work Johanna will never miss any opportunity to try out new extreme sports.
Lately she passed her sailing license & as a real adrenaline junkie she will spent all her money buying more kite surfing equipment or planning her next skydive.
Rune Rapley-Møller
Rune is a Software Engineer and Team Lead with Team Tailor. He is passionate about Frontend development & Product Design, and love working at the intersection of creativity and user friendly products.
Before transitioning to the world of software engineering, Rune pursued a career as a singer and actor across Europe.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dog.
Pascal Speidel
Pascal is one of the Software Engineers within the famous Team Tailors aka Team Cool.
He has an IT Consulting background & worked with different customers & technologies. Based on his passion for sport, fitness & health he thinks he's the perfect candidate for the "Chief Sport Officer" of the team.
However, due to his not so secret weakness for chocolate some rumours say the chances are higher to earn the title "Chief Chocolate Officer".
Minh Knitsch
After marketing products for a couple of years, Minh has discovered her passion for coding and switched to building products.Together with her brave “Tailors” team, she embarked on a journey to conquer the exciting world of text-to-speech! When not in <CodingMode/>, Minh likes to knit her own clothes, watch dramatic Korean dramas, and enjoy good food && (wine || beers).
Justin Häbe
Justin’s support in Team Tailor regards linguistic topics & everything that comes with it. Still working on his bachelors degree his main interests are the worlds of linguistics & computer science. Eager to learn more about computational linguistic, Justin is pushing the boundaries of Team Lingu towards new fields of expertise including topics concerning AI, computational science, product management & more. Besides that he enjoys playing with his little-big dog Szarik and his little baby nephew, bouldering, playing video games or just having a nice walk in nature. Bringing hessian culture to the office, Justin cooks/bakes a legendary „Handkäs mit Musik“ & „Frankfurter Kranz“.
Maria Steffen
Maria is Product Owner at Team Tailor & in this context also takes care of the text-to-speech project aravoices.
Before starting this role, she has already accompanied Ideas for many years as a Working Student.
If you don't find her on the job, she is either meeting friends, traveling (preferably to East Africa) or following her favorite soccer club Eintracht Frankfurt.
Małgorzata Wojciechowska
Malgorzata is an experienced product lead with a passion for audio & voice technologies. With a deep understanding of both the technical & creative aspects of audio, at Ideas Engineering Malgorzata is dedicated to develop innovative products that meet the needs of a diverse range of users.
When not at work, Malgorzata enjoys staying active & believes that traveling with family provides an opportunity to create unforgettable memories, bond with loved ones, and explore the world from a unique perspective.
Vitor Águila
Vitor is a Software Engineer from team Tailors. He has always been a great problem solver. His passion for software development makes him constantly challenge himself to find the best solution & support the team.
In his spare time, he likes to have fun with his family & friends, travel, and watch movies.
Laura
Laura supports team Tailor with her academic expertise, particularly in matters related to linguistics. She's intrigued by topics that involve linguistics and AI, product management and also marketing.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with friends and family. But what she loves most is being outdoors with her dog, Gaara, or simply relaxing on the couch and cuddle.
