our social media posts, newsletters and new prototypes could automatically be shared via Telegram?

Problem

The problem of multichannel communication is easily solvable if you throw money at it. When we compared tools we were surprised that sending out newsletters through messenger apps will cost several hundred euros per month even though open platforms like Telegram offer free APIs.

Solution

The solution is “just do it“. This particular prototype is no unique innovation but an essential tool which we assembled in one week. The best part is that our Telegram Bot works completely autonomous and sends information without any additional efforts to our Telegram channel. Sources for this are our email newsletter, our Twitter channel and the prototype catalog.

Challenges

Implementing this prototype was less challenging and more fun. Most important was that no manual steps are necessary to post things.
